Moving Bliss: Dancing the Hero Within

Conscious dance is a potent presence practice, a powerful way to meditate with movement. Sometimes we forget to prioritize time, dedicated to listening to our bodies and receiving the wisdom they hold. Together, we will dance to remember. We will take the Hero Within Journey to discover blocks held in the body, move what holds us back, connect with our inner sage, magician and healer, and realign with our unique soul purpose. Come join me at Moving Bliss with hydration and in clothing that supports play, movement and creativity. Beginners and people who “don’t dance” are welcome along with well-seasoned dancers and embodied friends.
