About Wisdom 2.0

Wisdom 2.0 addresses the great challenge of our age: to not only live connected to one another through technology, but to do so in ways that are beneficial to our own well-being, effective in our work, and useful to the world.

Through our series of conferences, meet-ups, workshops, social media conversations, and think-tank style gatherings, Wisdom 2.0 strives to bring this conversation to the world in an accessible, innovative, and inclusive way.

Our flagship event is a multi-day conference held early each year; please visit our Events page to see what's coming up between now and then!

The people at Wisdom 2.0 come from all over the world and from numerous vocations, including coaches; technology staff from Apple, Microsoft, and Twitter; as well as venture capitalists and entrepreneurs. Everyone shares a common interest: to live with greater wisdom, purpose, and meaning, while using technology in ways that create a more open and healthy culture.

The Speakers

Speakers come from numerous sectors, including technology, wisdom traditions, neuroscience, game development, and more. Past speakers have included the founders of Facebook, Twitter, eBay, Zynga, and Paypal, along with wisdom teachers from various traditions.

The Connections

The events as much about making connections between people as about the presentations on stage. There are many opportuntities to connect with people who share your interests, and explore overlaps and potential projects.

The Celebrations

Every year we also throw a party (or two!) where people can connect, play, and enjoy both dance and silliness.
