Rob Goldman is a serial internet entrepreneur and eCommerce pioneer. Over his 20-year career, Mr. Goldman has helped start and grow many internet companies in the areas of ecommerce, social media and advertising technology.
From 1999 to 2007 Mr. Goldman held various executive roles at Shopping.com. He started his tenure there as VP of Business Intelligence, focused on site analytics, broadened his focus in 2003 to include Shopping.com's initial paid search and SEO programs and then served as the Chief Revenue Officer following Shopping.com's IPO
and subsequent acquisition by eBay in 2005. From 2006 to 2007 Mr. Goldman was a Vice President at ebay and served as the General Manager of Shopping.com's US Business Unit.
In 2008, Mr. Goldman founded Threadsy a social media startup aimed at unifying email and social media consumption while providing detailed insights about social media influence. In 2012, Facebook acquired Threadsy.
Mr. Goldman is currently VP of product management for Facebook's advertising products.
Mr. Goldman holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. In addition to Cerebellum capital, he also sits on the boards of Indiegogo and Stratim.
Mr. Goldman is also an active investor, advisor and friend to startups and entrepreneurs.
