    Connecting with Living Room Conversations

    In a world that feels divided socially and politically, there are practices you can use to make caring connections. This workshop will provide an opportunity to try a Living Room Conversation. These are being successfully used to bridge divides in homes, libraries, faith communities and even virtually by video connecting people across the country. Learn and experience a way to connect with others with whom you may disagree and how to find space to consider shared values.

    Come wake up your body and spirit with gentle stretching and movement that will be followed by improvisational flow. Creative prompts will be given so that participants can connect with their creativity as they explore time, space, planes, and music visualization. Those new to dance as well as seasoned dancers are welcome.

    Shoulder Opener Flow

    This all-levels vinyasa class will target releasing tension in the front of the shoulders that we all suffer from, thanks to lives spent in front of computers, steering wheels, and mobile phones.

    Embodied Flow Yoga

    Embodied flow is a grounded and intentional vinyasa flow, weaving in dharma and yoga philosophy into the continuous stream of movement and breath. While this class is open to all levels, some yoga experience is recommended.

    Finding deep presence through connection with another using movement, walking, touch and play. Improvisation can be a meditation and a joyful one at that!
