She is personally passionate about the connection between mindfulness and embodiment and has been deepening her own inquiry by pursuing training as a body worker and Somatic Experiencing practitioner.

Stephanie is thrilled to be returning to the Wisdom 2.0 team and looking forward to what is sure to be another inspiring event!
When not looking at a computer screen, Stephanie can be found spending time with her horse, playing out in nature or dancing.
